Welcome to Dickens Sweets and British Museum

Not only will you find sweets and groceries from across the pond, you will also be immersed in a trip down memory lane depicting the golden years of the British way of life as it used to be. Our shop's name and inspiration came from one of England's most prolific writers, Charles Dickens and his era of much simpler times.
A trip to our shop is a full imersive experience.  Start with a visit to our British Museum where you can imagine days of yesterday in our retro kitchen, reminisce viewing the toys in our Vintage Toy Shop, meet our downtowners enjoying the jovial life in our Tally Ho replica British pub.

Across the hall, you can walk through the ages with our Royals, then as you make your way to the Titanic room, you will pass through the "Yesteryears" Office which is sure to bring a smile to your face, as you remember hitting the keys on the vintage typewriters....unable, like today, to hit the delete.   Then a visit to Oliver's Tearoom for High Tea, followed by a walk through Pickwick's Pie Shop for a Steak & Kidney Pie or Guinness Pie to take home for supper.

Lastly, a visit to the British grocery shop for some Mushy peas to compliment that pie and perhaps a small paper bag of Mint Humbugs from Dickens Sweet shop to hold you over 'til you get home.
